China Town in West Bend

This is our go to place for chinese take out. Two words that best describe the food here are good, and consistent. You never have to wonder what you're going to get, it's the same every time. Hot, fresh, and ready in "ten minute". Large serving sizes and reasonable prices. I never see people dining in here, although you can, the dining area is less than inviting.

It used to be really good. Now the fried food tastes like fish or like it's been microwaved. Idk creeps me out as of the last few months I've ordered. Not worth the money anymore. Threw out order of sesame chicken tonight.

I called in a order,left my number waited around for 25mins and got there the order wasn't even started because of them not having one thing in the order available. They than priced with HORRIBLE "customer service" and I waited for another 10-15 mins....I waited 40 mins and will leave disappointed and with a 2 dollar discount for my trouble. Lmfao.

Good price, good food, helpful people

Lobster fried rice. HORRIBLE. This must've been the 20th time it was reheated. Chewy seafood, peas were light green and discolored, rice looked beaten and old and the imitation crab tasted spoiled.

Mostly a carry out place. Although they do have seating. Great food. I am a regular customer. I always call ahead and then you don't have to wait. They have menus you can take home. I always order chicken and broccoli. They have soups, my favorite is egg drop soup, egg rolls traditional Chinese food.

Fried rice was burned. The chicken soup didn't taste any thing like chicken.

Got sick from he food

Food was ok but very greasy. Could have been drained and put on paper towels to absorb grease. People at front desk would do better to use please and thank you rather than..."sign this". Ordered online at 330, still wasn't ready at 515. So had time to sit. Boy was that place dirty. At first just thought it was old but after 10 minutes to actually look around u was having second thoughts about eating anything. People working were clearly dedicated and hard working, but not sure I will order there again

Disgusting. I feel so bad for the people of West bend to think that this is good Chinese. Recently moved here and I miss the great restaurants I had up by my old town

It was a good experience but the food wasn't too good. The meat was bland and hard.

The food is always hot and delicious. Ky only gripe is the crab rangoon is expensive everything else is well priced.

Very fast awesome food eat here all the time for lunch. So If you don't like the food here or its not fast enough for you my suggestion is you open your own restaurant so I can give you a one star rating just because i have nothing better to do and your probably fat cheap and lazy are never happy about anything so you sit and cry about everything because you've never learned to appreciate anything anyone ever does for you.

Huge portions at a decent price mean you will almost always have leftovers, which is great in my book. Every time I've ordered, it's been ready by the time they say (10-15 min). It's not going to be gourmet or anything, it's a Chinese takeout place. So as long as you have the right expectations, this place is totally worth a try.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am a Door Dasher and I carry my thermo bag all the time. I go inside ofthis restaurant and gave them the customer's name and they requested my phone for verification. okay no big deal. I show them the order and the lady requested to hold me phone. I said no and the merchant turned her back on me and tried to deny me to pick up the order. I had to call Door Dash to get things straightened out🤦🏾‍♀️

Taste is different from other chinese restaurants

If you are looking for "that good Chinese takeout place in town" that every good city should have, you found it. The best way to order is to call it in before you leave and then pay and pickup when you get there (they are always busy for dinners). There isn't anything super special about this place (wouldnt' eat in) except it is consistently good chinese takeout, affordable, and they are always busy (that should speak for itself).PS- Closed on Mondays

Delicious food, super generous portions. One order will be 3 dinners for me!

Friendly with great food

I always get takeout, which is super fast and always great. Good, distinct sauces (not everything just smothered in the same brown oyster sauce). I usually get beef fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, orange chicken, or pepper steak. Never had an issue here. There is seating which appears clean and spacious but not much of an ambiance.

The food tasted horrible, I don’t think they use chicken in their sesame chicken sure don’t taste like chicken.The egg roll, tasted like chemicals and the oil was old. Not worth the money very disappointing

food tasted burnt to a crisptasted super oily, and old oil at thatopened the chicken lo mein, smells of burning plastic and tastes even worsesweet and sour chicken sauce has a watered down consistencies and was described as ”spicy water” and rude our appetites roasted pork with mushrooms were not the best either, the pork was rubbery and didn’t taste like porkthe beef and broccoli had hard broccoli and rubbery meat as wellsad that people think this is good american chinese, the Chinatown kitchen in slinger is so much better. won’t be coming back here again

Only one problem: They do not deliver! We can no longer drive and delivery would be wonderful.for us and many others, I am sure.

Busy, Busy, Busy, the wait may be little more than what some can bear, however, that can and should be the best "review" a restaurant could receive. That portions are closer to huge than big, the flavors seem to be authentic (as far as Americanized-Chinese food goes), I have bought take-out here many times (usually something different) and I have ALWAYS been pleased. Home Run Chinatown Kitchen, nicely done.

They were very fast and inexpensive, but unfortunately the food wasn't good. There were barely any vegetables besides a few peas and tiny carrot pieces. I ordered medium spicy, but it was barely spicy and had no depth of flavor. I will not be ordering here again. I'm not even sure if I'm going to eat the leftovers.

Always made fresh to order and faster the a 5 dollar pizza pizza the staff is great and always very nice and you can't beat the prices ... you want fast and delicious this is it trust a man with a stomach of steel I eat here three times a week and I love it...
